“Thin Air,” a love song written by Gossard, is imbued with such artistic sensibility and refined pure feeling that it is positively beguiling. It captures the soul arresting force of unexplainable attraction with vividly poetic force.

Byzantine (such a beautiful word!) is reflected in our pond.

Yeah, as one who lived and loved for a couple of years via thin air, always had a soft heartspot for this song.

Now, we're happy and true, always taking on.

    Fucking precious indeed.

(I wonder if "bare" would fit just as well as "bear")

    I love Thin Air.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata

Thin Air is ethereal, I simply <3 it. So grateful I got to hear it last fall.
Anything you lose from being honest
You never really had to begin with.

Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

We got a really good one in St. Louis last October. Ed watched me scream, "it's not in my past to presume, love can keep on moving in both directions, how to be happy and true, it's the quest we're taking on together." Such a great song. Love hearing it live.
    Run for it, Marty.

Supposedly, it was on the set list for Tulsa, and scratched off. Really would have loved to hear this one. One of my faves off Binaural.

Simply a classic Pearljam song from back in the day. Amazing. Hell yeah Stone. We need more from you Mr. Gossard on the next album. Time to step up and lead again,
