Yes, Tuboleta site is requiring registration in order to purchase tickets and keeps saying my phone number has letter in it it so I'm unable to register. I've been trying for an hour and haven't been able to figure out a way to register on the site. I

really unfair to the people who were ready to buy, this really sucks, but i suppose this was to keep certain buyers out early. best tickets will be gone

i did the register since they announced the date to avoid any issue. I got "cancha especial" GA, the reserved seats look quite far from the stage, despite they say "priviled view".

I havent even got a confirmation email (i did print at home as well) though the website shows my purchase and my credit card been charged. What a disaster this is.

I chose to pick it up once in Colombia, but I think there was a standard confirmation email, 'cause mine said presale tickets wouldn't be sent by mail, and could be collected until the general public sale is on. I wrote the Ten Club about the latter, and they said international fans could pick their tickets up at the venue will call on the day of the show. That's fine for me!

all the people answer me saids the same..

and another answer is this:

"On the email I received says that the actual tickets can be picked up after the public sale starts (I selected the pick up in a retailer option).
That been said, I assume that the electronic tickets should be ready at that time too."

so seems . no matter the method u bought tickets,after public sale all will get their tix
