I was trying to be discreet. So much banning going on right now.

I get my coconut water from sprouts which is our health food grocery store chain. They have the organic stuff much cheaper than what the regular grocery store has it for. Its normally 4 cans for 5 whereas the local grocery store has it for 2 a can. It's loaded with potasium and other minerals that will rehydrate you better than just about anything. A can of that before bed after drinking heavily and it will help take some steam off the hangover the next morning. I drink it mostly before bed with some whey mixed in to help rehydrate and spur on your bodies natural production of HGH.

Ok done with the gym talk after this. I understand why people take the health issues and do steroids. This was just a small dose of some pre-cursors and I was floored. I never had to decrease the weights as I went along and did more weight and sets than before. I called it quits after 2 1/2 hours because I was worried I was going to tear something. I feel it now and can barely move and fuck I am hungry. I decided I am too tired to cook and went to taco bell. Three 1/2 pound combo burritos and 4 soft tacos sitting in front of me. I'm worried it wont be enough.

Eat slowly, it will be, ( and just plain old, IS) too much! Lol
