To start: a nice kush joint.
First appetizer: a burrata caprese salad with fresh heirloom tomatoes, cilantro, a little bit of sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and some Modena-sourced balsamic vinegar.
Second appetizer: simple roasted red beets, with panko-crusted deep-fried goat's cheese on a bed of baby arugula.
Soup: thin miso-infused pork broth with pork belly and green onion ragout, and polenta for creaminess.
Main course: baja fish Indian and Thai spiced curry, featuring saffron, cilantro, lime and turmeric served on a bed of bok choy on top of long-grained jasmine rice.
Dessert: Good old fashioned apple crumble.

With appetizers: glass of dry prosecco
With soup: white-sage infused Stillwater Cellar Door beer
With main course: light Pugliese red wine
    With dessert: Niagara ice wine
After dessert: Gin 'til I drop

Cilantro's one of those polarizing herbs - love it or hate it. For me, I like it as a complementary flavour.

And you bet I want to die in style! Whole community's welcome at my apocalypse party too.
