    I have had this issue. Ten club did help out. I had to break the record and send photos and they did replace it.

    Mine arrived today as well. All bent to shit. These mailers that are being used are not sturdy enough to ship a record in. Or rather a 7" and a booklet. Ends up getting bent and twisted. The Deep issue is essentially bent in half, the 7" sleeve is all crimped on one end, and the 7" itself may as well be a bowl now how warped it go.

    Ugh. Sigh.

    Everyone with damage:

    email info@tenclub and include a picture of the damage with a mailing address, your name and member number. They should be able to send another one out. They did so for me... somewhere in-between "here" and "there" is another 2010 single with my name on it. I never got my first one and my second one...some of the cover was peeled off, exposing the white "base" of the sleeve, similar to what would happen if I put tape on it and peeled it off.

    So yeah, I have two 2010 singles and an extra one somewhere lost in the mail.

    Mine says that, too. I think it's referring to the color scheme.

    I just emailed 10 club, some members have already received it, while the rest of us have lost our previous deep magazines and Christmas singles except for 2011. Must be a glitch in the system .

    I emailed an hour or so ago, just got a response. Site techs are working on the problem at the moment. Stay tuned for updates. So hopefully it'll be available for everyone soon.
