Same here. The email I got from ups said it was supposed to arrive yesterday but now it's reverted back to just having the shipping label printed. So frustrating.

Yep. Same exact thing here. I really don't know what the hell goes on with 10c shipping. Such a mess.
"The physical package may or may not have actually been tendered to UPS for shipment."
Maybe they sent it, maybe they didn't! Who knows?!?! To be fair to the 10c though, this whole "internet" thing is a fairly new concept and there really aren't any other companies out there yet who have explored, let alone perfected, the idea of taking orders online and shipping the products out from a central location. In fact, once the 10c works out all the kinks, as I'm assuming they're diligently working on, they could really have something here!
Well this is a major effing let down. 2 of the 3 record sleeves are split and the records are exposed and scraping against the sleeves next to it. Not expecting 10club is actually going to fix this, but going to email them now.
oh no, a sleeve split. hurry, hurry write that email. you guys are bunch of...

I consider sleeve splits par for the course. Probably at least a quarter of all new albums have at least one sleeve split. Now, ideally, 10C should put the discs in individual paper sleeves and send them outside of the album jacket and sleeve to avoid this. Some companies do do that - more all the time. However, that's still far from the norm, so shitting on 10C for not doing it isn't reasonable IMO, especially since 10C members often think that keeping an album sealed is the end all and be all of vinyl collecting.

Well I obviously am not keeping it sealed. Not a huge issue, just disappointing. You drop $45 on a record, you would like to get it in new condition. Thats all. I will throw the records in some sleeve city sleeves, so that split wont effect them going forward as long as they have not issues when i play them.
Good to see that these are starting to show up in mailboxes.
It looks like mine is still sitting in the warehouse in Seattle too!!
Looking forward to playing this boot & I'm sure it will be worth the wait!!

Mine arrived today in South Jersey. Cursory evaluation indicates everything is perfect. Packaging was on point. I will probably reconnect my turntable tomorrow and listen this weekend. Can't wait!
Split sleeves suck but are not a reason to replace. A lot of my MOFi records come like that. Record weight vs traditional packing + movement during shipping. Like someone said the best way to ship a record is to have it opened and not in the sleeve. Most stores suggest this.
Mine arrived in Maine yesterday. Yet to spin it, but the packaging was amazing

Got mine today. Was packaged extremely well, double boxed, with bubble wrap in each box.
The mixes and vinyl sound great. There is a small skip for the first 10 seconds of light years, that didn't go away upon the first cleaning. I'll try to clean it again.
