I separate aliens from those other three you mention. Those all are pretty much a spiritual thing and not in a physical form. My thinking with aliens anymore isn't so much, "yes, they're here and have been forever". One thing we can prove is the ultimate vastness of space. So while I can't say for certain that they've been here, it's very strange to think that we were the only place in the whole universe where everything aligned for life to exist. So I'm mostly with you.

I think humans are slowly being prepped for a full disclosure... we just figured out 200 years ago that dinosaurs lived on earth... so who knows what else is coming?
