    Yes
    The Phoenix Lights is an interesting case, but the other two are garbage.
    The "Battle" was a bunch of trigger happy fools shooting at a weather balloon. One heavily edited photo is the entire basis for the UFO theory.
    The Nuremberg event occured at a time when people thought comets were prophesies of bad luck, a time when people took all kinds of silly things as fact.

    Yes, all that for a balloon. This was the West Coast just after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor and bombed the shit out of our Navy. This was the same time period when anybody who looked Japanese was rounded up and put in prison camps out of paranoia. Not very far-fetched to imagine once shots are fired the guns are blazing.

    you think of all the crazy innovation thats occured in the last 150 years or so and its easy to think that there is not much more mankind can accomplish. just wait till we can travel at the speed of light. that's when we will get to know the aliens and that's when we will stop fighting with each other.
