TenClubs poor customer service

Anybody else having trouble getting in touch with the club? I have several orders I placed and can't get anyone to get back with me. I ordered some Merch on November 28, and my TenClub Account has said shipped for over a month, and still nothing. This is the first problem Ive had with them.

  • I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but I've emailed them several times and no one ever picks up the phone when I call. Can't even get a response to my emails.

They've been on holidays the past 2-3 weeks. Might ease up a bit....they aren't a big outfit.

  • Actually it said they were out until last Monday. I didn't want to go this far with it, but I've emailed them countless times, and the stuff I ordered was Christmas Gifts.

if you live outside the US the timing of shipments is a crap shoot. I'm in CA and it takes anywheres from 3-6 weeks for shipments.... lately though been getting some parcels less than 2 weeks

I've been waiting a month and a half for a couple of hoodies. They told me it can take up to 12 weeks to arrive!! It's not considered lost until after 90 days, what a joke. I've had stuff from overseas arrive in less than a week. At least they responded to me within a day or two.

The shipping for 10C is atrocious. Cost, speed, and service is horrible... I mean, I pay $30 on shipping something maybe 200km and don't even get a tracking number? What's that?! For $30 I should be getting tracking plus 2-day delivery, but I get neither (it usually takes weeks to get here, 4 hour drive from the warehouse). I wish I knew why 10C continues to use the service that they do. Is there a good reason?? If so, they should tell us what it is so that we aren't so frustrated with the whole thing. If there is no good reason, they really need to address the issue!

Yep, same problem. Emailed multiple times about shipping a Vault #4 to my new address, and zero response. Now I see its shipping to my old address, with no way to change from my end. SMH.

  • Last year I ordered christmas gifts on Black Friday....the first time they never arrived had to wait the three months then re-order, took another month to get that shipment with things missing at which point I just cut my losses and gave up. Will never do that again, but funny enough I got my Moline and then my Milwaukee posters in two weeks. The shipping makes no sense, is way over priced and takes forever...but that's the way they do it so if I want it I'm gonna have to play the game.

The only time I reached out to them with anything (late last year) they were great to deal with and helped resolve the issue right away.

It's been one month since I ordered a bootleg CD and a poster. The bootleg hasn't even shipped yet (as far as I can tell) and I have to contact another company for info on it. The poster is the same thing as people above; they are saying I have to wait 3 months before they will help me (I live in Canada). Distance from Seattle to me is 2,500 miles and at a leisurely walking pace of 3.5 mph, it would take 720 hrs to walk it here. Makes perfect sense. 90 days at 8 hrs a day. So I'm assuming that they just hired a dude to hand deliver it to me and unfortunately he/she doesn't have their own transportation and has to hoof it. Certainly waiting 3 months would be ridiculous if the transport company they were using had access to a skateboard, let alone a truck or plane. So I am choosing to believe that there is a noble courier walking across the US right now with my poster strapped to his back. God speed and safe journey!
(This also explains why the ten club seems to be strapped for resources. At any given time, 99% of their employees are off on delivery runs!)

AbbyM - there is a list you have to put your name on BEFORE you order stuff that determines delivery order. What was your number?

I'm in Australia and ordered one of the mystery posters waaaaaaaaaay back when. It unfortunately never arrived and after a few emails back and forth, I got a refund. Still would've liked the poster however!

On another note, the shipping costs to here are ridiculous! Was only wanting one of the new patches which costs $5 but get slugged $9.99 to ship it!?!

Shipping costs are crazy for US to International destinations. But that is the doing of our great US Post Office. I know they raised a lot of rates including international shipments last year. There was a time when I could ship a DVD from the US to Canada for around $3-4 (not that long ago, maybe 2-3 years), but now the cheapest is around $7-8. So it's not the 10C inflating rates, it's the USPS.
  • I'm having the same problem with contacting them. Have been trying to return a shipment since middle of December. I'm also guessing they're backlogged on emails but it would sure be nice to get my refund already.

Traditionally towards the bottom of the customer service. Not as bad as MMJ's though... Although they have new management now.

Is that why I can't renew my Roll Call membership??

Dude don't even get me started on that. I've been a member since the beginning and I think they cancelled me again this year and last year made me work really hard just to get my damn Roll Call single.
