Options
Did we ever get official Santos-approved word on if/when a box set would happen?

Santos, can we? Please?

No official word yet. I'm sure there will be seeing that every single Pearl Jam show of 2014 has already been released on CD.

I'm thinking about just buying one of these empty
boxes from livedownloads.com and making my own:

It sure would be nice to have another set of
    pressed silver discs though!!

    Did anyone ask nugs?

I did back in September - here's the response:
That is the plan, although the wheels aren't rolling just yet. It is possible AUS/NZ shows won't be included (in the same way the S America shows weren't included in the 2013 Box).

    40 for a box or $6.67 per side. :-P

Well, here's the way I look at it...

If there is no box set I'll be buying the 1 show I went to on bule CD-R's (Detroit) and using my free download code for Moline. ($16)

If there is a box set, that's 12 shows on silver pressed CD's plus a box I'll gladly buy to own and listen to during my commute. ($200-ish)

I was really pleased with the 2013 box set. I would gladly pay it again for this string of shows.

    TAKE MY MONEY!

Only 12? BDO had 6 shows. Euro & USA had 12 shows a pop. That's 30 .. 2014 Pearl Jam show's in total. That have already been released on MP3, CD, Flac & Flac-HD.

Possible? It would totally blow if they are not included in the box set. Yeah I understand the three SA '13 show's weren't included last year, being that these show's were not on the Lightning Bolt tour, same as London & Wrigley. Being that the CD Box Set is titled 2013 Lightning Bolt Box!

I don't see why they can't make this year's (2014) Box Set look like their 2009 box set. To include all their shows.

  • So question from someone who hasn't done this before:

Let's say it's 30 shows. Is that $17.95 (or whatever) times number of shows is the cost, or is there a bit of a discount for buying 30 shows in bulk?

They usually come in a good bit cheaper in the box ... I think around $12 per boot

The thing that appeals to me is the fact that you get pressed silver CD's in the boxset,
instead of the standard CD-R's if you order them one by one!!

I would so love a 2014 box... I have 30 items sitting in my cart, waiting for me to purchase, waiting until I find out about this boot box.

Im hoping that when these are announced they are already made which Im guessing is the reason why there is no official word on them yet. Therefore avoiding estimated shipping dates which often seem to be missed on pre-order items.

IF your luck is like mine...
They won't announce the tour boxset until the day AFTER
you place the order for the individual boots!!
