    Also the first Ed B-Day thread I came across so HAPPY BIRTHDAY ED.

    Fifties were great for me- maybe the best decade overall with the combination of acquired experience, knowledge, insight etc. plus enough energy to do things with that gained learning. My advice is don't waste your fifties- go for it and go all out.
