Ordered Moline through Denver Dec. 2/14, finally got a shipping notice Dec. 16/14.....got my boots today so happy, then I opened the package.....no St Paul but two Denver's. Now I have to email them to try and get my St Paul, which won't come for another month or two. I tried to be patient and positive but seriously, this sucks!

I thought it was exclusive to the box set too. But Nugs automatically sent out replacement discs? Nope. We had to contact them, well I did & a few friends I know who pre ordered the box set the day it went up for sale. And it took many MANY weeks for Nugs to reply back to us. We never received an email that we would receive a replacement disc for Charlottesville anyways. If we didn't email them, we probably wouldn't of received a replacement disc.

By the way, since when does the cd packaging come plastered with advertisement for nugs.net and what I presume is their artwork of a crowd all over the inside? Doesnt really fit to pj releases...

I'm still waiting for the order I placed in September to be finished.
Finally received my 2nd replacement disc of Milton Keynes and it works this time. Order is finally complete. Now just waiting for the 12 US boots to come (ordered in december), and hopefully they are all present and working then I can put this Nugs nightmare behind me.
Yep. That's how long it took for the Vault 4 CD to arrive from California to Nova Scotia. A whole month.
Well, it is a long walk!
True. But 10club CD's aren't shipped by the foot, door to door. They are shipped by air mail. They are charging us $9.99US for one CD. Via Standard International Shipping. 1 shipping option only.
They are overcharging their fans & management is standing by this which is totally sad. I shipped out a Blu-ray disc few day's back to Seattle. Had to fill out this custom form online. https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/cdc?execution=e1s1 . Went to the Canada Post office and was charge $5.00. Includes taxes. The package from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Seattle, Washington took 9 day's. 9 day's = 5 dollars CDN. Better rate then 30 day's = $9.99US from California to Nova Scotia. Am I right? I'm probably wrong but it shouldn't take a month when we live across the border.

Now just waiting for the 12 US boots to come (ordered in december), and hopefully they are all present and working then I can put this Nugs nightmare behind me.
They are overcharging their fans & management is standing by this which is totally sad. I shipped out a Blu-ray disc few day's back to Seattle. Had to fill out this custom form online. https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/cdc?execution=e1s1 . Went to the Canada Post office and was charge $5.00. Includes taxes. The package from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Seattle, Washington took 9 day's. 9 day's = 5 dollars CDN. Better rate then 30 day's = $9.99US from California to Nova Scotia. Am I right? I'm probably wrong but it shouldn't take a month when we live across the border.
