Well...in that case...great deal for the spot in line...I can vouch that bootlegger10 is standup guy (even though I don't really know him). Not a flipper. Good luck with your new wife and new baby. Wow. You should play the lottery with all that luck you have.
Perfect post! I was hoping someone would come in to "vouch" for the flipper.
Well, technically. But the article was completely updated with PJ's statement since that thread got closed.
Seeing as some people on this board invested money into the project, perhaps they would be interested in hearing what KC said today since its nowhere else to be found other than this article.

I didn't realize at first that it was an updated article. Your right though.....people who invested from this board would be interested in this. I would hope that it is a very small number. It's not like we told them so or anything. As for refunds.....this should be good.
So basically a polite and gentile way of saying "no"
The organizers want a "firm no"...
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
how about Pearl Jam just plays 2 shows at The Gorge for us on the West Coast and 2 shows at MSG you those of you on the East Coast ending on 10.22.2015 for PJ 25 at MSG put it out on Blu Ray, have a special behinds the scene disc, and we call the whole thing good, and throw a Canadian Tour in between for good measure, make it an East to West tour and if someone wants to take a month off from their job they can follow the whole tour, sounds like a great autumn to me
We love the passion and enthusiasm of the fans who have spearheaded Pearl Jam Crowdfund efforts," he says. "However, with more and more of these crowdfunded show proposals cropping up, we want to be clear before fans invest their hard-earned money into these efforts that they are unlikely to happen.
"The band's shows are booked through their management and touring agents. A lot goes into scheduling, routing, producing, and promoting safe and successful shows for our fans. We will continue to rely on our experts in the field to ensure this remains the case for the band's future tours."
Meanwhile, Daniel Sheffer, the organizer behind the Forest Hills effort, responds with hope and persistence.
"We will continue to crowdfund until we receive a hard no from the Pearl Jam management. Dreams do come true and we are doing this for the thousands of fans that have supported us, visited our website, and have done charity work all for this movement," he says. "Pearl Jam are our heroes and we hope they can hear our proposal and give us more detailed feedback. We want this concert in Pearl Jam's hands and by no means would want otherwise. We know they put on a show like no other. We are simply a grassroots movement that knows Pearl Jam Forest Hills would be amazing for the fans, the band, and the community. We remain faithful, as the song goes. We are the Forest Hills Faithful!"
