    If they are on the ear, then no.

    Thats before tax and in US, I'm in Canada so $200 tax in is like $178 US with the crappy dollar .

    I've been plenty satisfied with my Sennheiser HD 558 headphones and they're only $118. at Amazon if you're looking to save a few bucks.
    They're over the ear and very comfortable and very good sound.

    The first ones are larger and fit around your ears...these usually give you a better sound, but some people don't like them because the can get hot.
    I have 2 pair of Momentums...both are on the ear models, but I use mine mainly to monitor audio for video shoots and the larger ones get in the way when I'm shooting hand-held video!
    It's definitely a personal preference!!
