I saw them on this tour in STL at a little club called Mississippi Nights in 95'. Still one of the best shows of my life. For me, by far the best version of Habit I've ever heard was played that night. Probably didn't hurt that I was standing 5ft away from Mike Waat, Eddie Vedder, Pat Smear + Dave Grohl on drums. Might arguably be my favorite concert I've ever seen.
That's an awesome story Abe!!!! Any pics from that night?
Unfortunately not. This is all I got...
$8.50 for the ticket!! What also made this night was the Foo Fighters opened and their first record wasn't even out yet so other than a few songs that had been played on Monkeywrench Radio it was all unheard material! I'll never forget Grohl's first line when he came out. The crowd was going crazy cheering, he waited, settled us down and said... "settle down, for all you guys know we could completely fucking suck!" Classic. Also, Hovercraft played first and Ed was on the drums with a Beatles wig and sunglasses on. Pretty sure about 3/4 the crowd had no idea it was him. Man, what a fucking great night.
Oh and I still have a terrible t shirt from the show. Its orange and not very cool at all but I remember buying it just so I had something from that night.
Saw the L.A. One.. God they were amazing! When Hovercraft came out, and I saw Ed, I giggled.. Then about half way through the set..( I was STONED..) I realize his wife Beth is Sadie 2000, on Bass.. I was freakin impressed!! Chick could rock a bass line!!
Ball-hog or Tugboat is such a great album (and the record has great sound too). Look how young and healthy Mike Watt looks. I saw him in 2012, and while he was insanely good, he also looked like he might drop dead before the show was over. I hope he's doing okay health-wise these days.

With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata
I was at the show at the Cleveland Agora. I think it was a night or two after the Chicago Metro show.
That entire night was incredible!
Someone above asked the question of whether or not the shows were filmed or not. I don't rely remember & I will have to watch it again but I am pretty sure there is some very brief footage shown of one of the shows in the FF documentary "Back & Forth".

Went to Tramps NYC night one...unforgettable...the next night I heard that people with tickets got shut out. Anyone have footage from that show? I think there's a boot of foos from that night. got punched in the jaw rocking the pit...hurt soooo good! I think crazy cabbie was outside that night trying to get a ticket...or maybe that was the tool show at hammersein...great times...speaking as a 'child' of the 90s...I'm older now but still find the best shows!!! It will just take most people 20 years to look back and say 'I should have went to that show!'
