I could see the flippers getting burned on this one. $85 is kind of steep already. I don't see people going too much beyond that.

People are going to grab these in place of missing out on Moline....a pretty similar feeling show! The Milwaukee poster is going to catch fire now, and it will sell-out fast on Tuesday here in the shop!

Most of Frost's regular work is over $150 anyway, this poster was CHEAP!!

Got one too! Their website was really good! Once you got one in your cart you can complete your transaction. I had one instantly, entered a Discover Card CC# and got an error message they don't accept. I then was able to enter a different credit card # which they did accept.

This isn't going to make money flipping. Mine is going on my wall. My favorite poster of the tour. Traded my original for a Wrigley Munk and my wife was pissed at me for days afterward. Glad I was able to get one today so I don't have to take time off from work Tuesday. This almost makes up for the Moline fiasco.

Now just have to worry about the Canadian mail system (sorry Hosers; mad at Canada still for Blue Jays outbidding Cubs for Russell martin). Hopefully it arrives before Xmas

It's not advertised on the site, but it had to be held in your cart while you filled in your info. I did mine on my iPad cause my computer is down, and entered my CC info wrong and it still went through. Probably took all of a minute to do, but in my experience it doesn't take much for these to sell out.

Ben Frost is a joke. Guy has no ability to be original whatsoever.
I don't understand all the hype for this print. I can with 99% certainty say that this was originally an image someone else created. Frost threw it on an overhead projector and made it his own by stretching her neck out like a turtle and getting the name of the venue wrong...
I'm all for pop art but I am not a fan of people directly copying other peoples work, collaging them together, and claiming them as your own.
Sorry about my little tirade. I've been watching everybody praise this clown's "art" for too long for me to bite my tongue any longer.

After horrendous waits in Moline and St. Paul, I saw this image post morning of show and skipped merch, nothing too special, maybe I will try for one later... After the show I started looking into this one, I like his work, but I still have a problem with it. There's more "him" in it than milwaukee or Pearl jam. This is indeed another version of something he's already executed at least twice, and then sprinkled the blindfolded lady into other collages... (And yes, he's pop art so it is a rendition of something from popular culture...) So one of his signature images he's lent to Pearl Jam. Is this Ron English all over again, using his commission to basically rehash something already done and market himself more than commemorate the gig and/or the band? But is that even valid, does PJ sign off on these for that exact reason, who is tying whom to which bandwagon? I gotta think for up and coming artists, getting a PJ poster can be a boost. What does it do for an established artist? Sure it's a paycheck ... but doesn't it add a little shine to the PJ brand as well? I don't know where Frost falls in this spectrum, but my initial meh gave way to the awesomeness of the show, and having seen Frost's other work, I really began diggin this one (unlike English's).

So I'm really hoping the vinyl figures are released soon!
