    Just got in this super limited 10" box set from Vinyl Films Records. It features 6 albums on clear 10" vinyl, including music from Mark Kozelek, Low, Mono, Eluvium, Sun Kil Moon and Mike McCready. Limited to 500 hand numbered copies. We've got #269 right here for the taking. Come and get it! No holds, in store only!

    still no box set, but i did my my 2 copies of sealed "clear" from NPS store on the bay. very cool

    This will end up being the most elusive vinyl release for year. I caved and bought the clear McCready from NPS but I'm really hoping my local shop pulls through for me...I'm losing hope in my online orders at this point.

    I called round every record store in the DC area today and couldn't found anyone that is getting a copy
    Give Ka-Chunk in Annapolis a call if you haven't already. When I asked them about it 2 months ago, they said they were going to try to get a couple in.

    Yeah, my store didn't get any despite me pre-ordering it back in March. I will also throw in the towel with this one. Would've been cool but not a big deal if I don't get it.

    It sucks when this happens. It's usually Amazon that usually does this practice. Who take pre orders for weeks & weeks to later find out they are receiving nothing. Amazon Japan is still taking pre orders on this box set.

    I wonder how many pre orders were made over @ Acoustic Sounds.

    This weekend I've heard 3 stores telling customers this Tuesday the box sets will be on sale. In store only pretty much. Even though few of their websites have it listed on their website, there's no add to cart for any of them.

    I would say this Tuesday visit or contact your local record store and ask for "Vinyl Films Records 10" Box Set." Good luck!

    just talked to my store. they don't know how many they are getting and he said he had a "priority" list even though i ordered it first way back in Feb/March. will be interesting to see what happens.

    All the best! Few record stores have been taking a list and doing an in store lottery. This is nuts because not all 500 box sets will be in stores. 150 have been put on the side to the artists, family and friends who contributed to the box set. Only 350 available in stores across the USA. Just imagine if this wasn't exclusive to the USA and stores across the world had chances to secure these? It would be madness!!

    For many shops, it's already been happening. But few stores have said they won't be selling till this Tuesday. So those few who already have stock are just waiting till the 19th to go ahead and make the sale.

    I did the same about a month ago in the DC metropolitan area. Out of 20 calls I made I spoke to someone today that supposedly "ordered" one for me. Says he has already paid for it and it should be in any day. BTW 2 other stores were ordering it as well. They turned up with nothing. VHTF!
