    I give a shit.
    What did Neil say?
(I don't have Sirius radio and can't find any info on the net)
And, IMO, the story does belong here.
Neil is part of the Pearl Jam family and this forum is where people check first for related news.
    Thank you.

Too much to summarize. He started by saying that Obama's environmental policies are A failure. Then went on to mention that 2008 took the platform in Chicago and declared he was benefits environmental problems. FAIL.

As for being on this forum, it absolutely belongs here. The question was would Ed follow?

I hope Ed comes out and criticizes him as well. Obama has been a major disappointment.
After the 2008 elections he had the knuckle draggers where they belonged and let them slip out.
No such thing as two parties anymore. Just two puppets keeping the public's eyes off the real things going on. anyway nuff said.
I will save the rest for AMT.

Thank you quimby for sharing this timely news.
And I do think Eddie, and other courageous people, will finally begin to speak out.
These issues impact not only our extended Pearl Jam family but also the entire planet.
Thank you again quimby for not being shouted down.

I wouldn't say he slammed Obama. He more voiced his displeasure with his administrations failure to act on environmental issues. Hes definitely not a fan of fracking.

The office of POTUS is traditionally a pretty useless one. You know, since we're all here and this isn't going anywhere.

What the fract?? Obama sucks. Most politicians are corrupt in some manner. Agree with the puppets comment. Puppets of respective parties who are puppets of corporate money.

He loved them. He ordered 2 sets. One on his Ten Club Membership and one from his kids. He's got the one set on eBay already!

That's a little harsh. Maybe not the DQ that sells hot dogs and ice cream or the ones with Orange Julius... But maybe the other ones?? IDK... But hard to make money if you give out free ice cream to everyone who can't afford it. So better have good loan to default on from the bail-out bank!!

Great interview! Over an hour (with no commercials) of just Neil and Howard having a genuine conversation. Howard dropped Eddie's name a couple of times at the end of the interview. I'm thinking there is a real chance that Eddie (or the entire band) may be on the show one day. That would be epic!

is there anyone in government that can?

I mean, maybe Dick Cheney, but who wants a trained businessman at the head of America

(disclaimer: not a republican, but well... I don't like people that live off my tax dollars also...)
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.
