FAN Request for I got SHIT/NO WAR for ALL Disabled Veterans in DENVER!!!!!

I'm hoping you guys can help support me here... I'm a disabled veteran, as many of you know, but the VA has been especially cruel because the amount of mental health care for PTSD, and re-integration from being in the middle east has been abhorrent at best. They have less than 100 mental health professionals and of these only TWO were given the ability to prescribe any medications, on the front, while in the war. Denver is the last all PJ show of this tour... as opposed to bridge st... inappropriate venue for the cause, they are supporting kids and for a great reason. I want to be a champion to ALL other disabled people, but those of us who have PTSD, who have had to fight for months, and even YEARS just to find any help at all... and the kids-- seriously kids- 19-25 year old men and women returning from the front have had the least amount of support in any time in the VA history.

I love that so many of you are kindly supporting my "Hi-Five an ADA Fan" and that's been so warm. (other wheelchair and disabled fans are telling me that for the FIRST time in their entire fan-dom, people aren't just looking towards them as drink holders and potential seating positions...) I just want the band to know.. we're here, too. We have been there for them since the Mookie days, and we have survived, some of us, simply because the music has saved us from ourselves. We need to be heard, and we know that the voices of our band... Eddie's voice, and the instruments of Jeff, Mike, Stone, Matt, and BOOOOOOM... each have taken us away from some pretty scary places during our time in uniform, and more importantly, when arriving home.

Please please please please, pearl jam, please.. for the love of ALL disabled people, and ALL Veterans in the world... could you please dedicate a last show song to those of us who are hidden from the world? For us.. I Got Shit, and NO War! We need to change it..and an arena of voices is much stronger than a lone voice of a hidden Veteran, who isn't cared about enough to be given mental health care- and whose suicide rates are the highest in the history of any war the US has ever fought in.. including Viet Nam? PLEASE??

    THAT was an AMAZING outpouring.. SO much so that Eddie started the First encore talking about US- Veterans... and did two songs for US!!! YOU guys ROCKED the Denver show.. and if it wasn't just cool enough that he and the band played for us, they additionally did a special shout out to Dave Black's daughter HANNAH for her kidney transplant!!!!! Everyone of you are my best friend's for LIFE now. xoxoxoxoxo!!! and THANK YOU 10C and Pearl Jam for making sure the band got the WORD!!
