I won't have these for another week or so...my best guess for having them signed and online/available is probably around the 15th of Oct. at the earliest. Please check back around the 10th for more information on price/availability, etc. More updates on other projects and work coming this week.
Should offer everything on pearljam.com on day of show to make everyone happy and avoid waiting in line for hours. By the way, why do people say "waiting on line for hours" when standing in a line. Drives me crazy.
or let people order merch packs to be picked up at the venue. just post the design for the show and let them order stickers/buttons/city shirts before they even go to print.
also, MAKE MORE STICKERS so people arent paying ridiculous prices.
People are buying more stickers than they would have because they've seen what's happened to stickers since the last tour... Heck I hope to buy a whole bunch in Denver to trade for all the other cities etc... did that with Phoenix stickers last tour (and a few Wrigleys) and got about half the tour covered without even really trying.

They should make it cash only outside. That way one couldn't float the cash on a card go to a certain sight double their money before payment is due. Wouldn't solve it but help b
This is making me laugh a little cuz I just stopped by the atm on my way home for the show on Friday. I always bring cash and I try to get change of a 20 at some point so I can pay without needing change. I must say though the line looks a lot less pushy than some previous merch lines I've seen.
Have you guys seen ebay? The shit was up before the show even started. $100+ for a shit, $15 for a sticker, $30 for a pin. Part of me is saying that these guys have to be buying directly from the staff in an under the table deal outside of the merch tent/line that people wait on for 3 hours.
Lars- don't know if you saw it on FB but here's the variant pin I got:

Geez, seems like finding a sticker at shows is gonna be a pain/impossible. I wish the band would do something about this (up the supply and stop encouraging the frenzy).
Pulled straight up the arena, paid $15 to park 3-4 minutes from the arena, went to pick up my tickets around 5:30, saw the merch line that was at least 2-3 hours long and said fuck that. Went down to get into the pit, walked straight into the pit with no wait, was dead center less than 30 feet from the stage, walked straight upstairs to use the bathroom and it happened to have a merch booth right beside it. Got in line and got a poster and shirt in less than 10 minutes. Literally within 20 minutes of getting to Cincinnati I was parked, picked up my tickets, had a shirt and poster and was great position to see the band. No complaints from me.

The Solution to this problem (the same happened in Europe too, i saw a guy in Amsterdam buying 15 pins and 20 stickers in the first night!!!) is for the band to start selling the stickers/pins/t-shirts of the various shows in the shop.
The prices are always high because its something ONLY sold at the show and thats it , almost like numbered editions so to speak.
If the band would start selling this after the tour is over on the 10c shop there would be less people selling it on ebay for absurd prices. (for example : 80 Euros for a Milan 2014 shirt? are you kidding me???)

if anyone is having buyers remorse after last night - hit me up!!!!
I agree with just_one. At first I thought they locally produced show stickers/pins to cut down on their emissions shipping from Seattle but the mystery boxes/bags disproved that theory.
Truthfully there is another solution. This "complete set" collecting is part of the problem. People pick up "extras" with zero intention of keeping them, specifically purchased for trades. I know, cuz I'm one of those people. I could've been that guy in Amsterdam, easy. I've already decided I won't be trading for complete sets after this tour. Even worked out how I'm going to artfully display my "2014 World Tour" collection.

I almost paid 50 usd for a New Orleans sticker last night. 1. Because I was drinking and 2. It is the only sticker I need to complete my set. A sad, miserable existence, I know. That being said, any of you jokers with a N.O, sticker, PM me!!!!!

If they opened a merch both outside Scottrade this afternoon I'd be the happiest girl in Missouri.
