    You know, I have tried many kinds as there are so many makers of maple syrup here. Surprisingly I want to give a shout out to the brand - Old Tyme.

    Having a family this syrup is truly tasty and economical to experience the Maple Flavour.

    Wouldn't know what is actually sold in the States (but you could turn to Vermont maple syrup too). But you can buy a lot of them online. A couple of excellent Canadian brands are Jakeman's and Fulton's. But really, as long as you stick to the light or amber and avoid the dark, and it's real maple syrup, it's going to be pretty good. Dark is too strong and thick and should only be used for cooking. Even the President's Choice brand of real maple syrup is good. But if you're a maple syrup snob stick with the smaller family farm brands in Quebec. Most of them do sell online if their syrup is up to snuff.
