There are cops who drive drunk and hit people that are still walking the streets.

I couldn't agree more- and that's not limited to the cops. There are so many people you hear about in the news who just got arrested for something and had like 8 prior DUI charges or had been on parole after serving a few years for a murder, etc. the world is getting more wacked out every day.

I can't really fully decipher the codes in the reports for Dave but it doesn't seem to be anything horrible.

Anyhow, hope his shit being sold is raising some cash to help him out of this rut.

Love Dave A as a drummer...the energy and intensity on the early boots with him behind the kit are so much fun to listen to. Any early version of 'Sonic Reducer' just straight up fucking rocks. Hopefully he is doing well.

I actually find it really easy to not get arrested and convicted though. I think the responsibility lies with Dave. You don't have this happen to you when you're doing nothing wrong and/or stupid. Yes, there are some bullshit laws, but they are still laws and it is pretty easy to NOT break them. Seriously doubt this was about him having a gram of weed in his pocket!

Sounds like Dave is not doing well. Hope he pulls his shit together soon.

The way he carries the jam on I've got a feeling in Den Haag 92 is as good as it gets in my opinion. Everyone was just going crazy but his drums on that are insane.

It's a new misdemeanor possession charge on top of a prior felony conviction for drug manufacturing or possessing. The new charge is a penalty group 3 narcotic possession... It ain't weed.
