    I actually find it really easy to not get arrested and convicted though. I think the responsibility lies with Dave. You don't have this happen to you when you're doing nothing wrong and/or stupid. Yes, there are some bullshit laws, but they are still laws and it is pretty easy to NOT break them. Seriously doubt this was about him having a gram of weed in his pocket!

    Sounds like Dave is not doing well. Hope he pulls his shit together soon.

    It says drums on box...believe it or not those boxes for guitars can be better to ship drums....more room for foam.
