    To be more specific, it looks like someone purchased his storage unit after he failed to pay his rent on it, and is selling some of it. Although it sounds like a good deal of stuff has been returned to to Dave.

    I purchased a storage unit at auction that contained a lot of Dave’s personal and professional equipment and items. I met with him and am in the process of getting many of his things back to him and in the meantime he has authorized me to sell a lot of the items he no longer uses to reduce the amount of space he needs.

    Interesting that he's in the process of getting stuff back to Dave. I'm thinking this wasn't Dave's storage space, but rather someone else's space that had some of his stuff in it -- an old girlfriend, former band member, whatever. I've certainly lost some musical odds n' ends to other broke musicians, and one time I lost a great surfboard in a bad break up (sometimes you just gotta get out and let the little things go).

    In jail? For what? I had never heard that. It is a sad situation. He was with the band during their biggest band in the world days. Doesn't he still get royalties from the old stuff?

    If Dave A was busted at 26 yrs old in 2012, then how old do you think he was when he played with the band? Not the same guy, do ya think.
