    I think you nailed it. I believe he is more concerned with being a star and getting that paper. Why else would he do the same tired music and same tired tv show over and over again?
    If say he definitely cares more about being a celebrity than making good art.

    It's a shame because he is obviously gifted musically.

    Money is the man's priority, but if he appreciates Ed's art then good on him.

    lets be fair. most people don't listen to "true rock" anymore. pop rock and dance rock are in. if i had Adam's talent, i would probably be writing lame pop songs too
