Take it easy guys. Shit gets too personal... It's not that much different than people selling Sevens for 4-5 times the original price almost immediately after it sold out (before shipped). I wouldn't pay it, but someone would. Hopefully he makes the sale and gets what he wants out of it. You dont have to like it, but you can't stop that stuff from happening. It's already known the original cost at $100. But it's no longer available for purchase at that price. Again, good luck OP.

Some people actually give stuff away, or charge more reasonable prices on the boards here. Otherwise, if you don't want any complaints about jacked up prices, take your shit to ebay.

In this case maybe it's because the item hasn't even had time to appreciate (or depreciate) in value. My personal opinion is that if you want to get an inflated amount, take it to ebay.

Thats kind of how I feel. It is a bit predatory throwing it up here for 450% its purchase price before the UPS truck is out of sight, hoping someone bites.

With that said, its a free bump.

I know people do RAK all the time here... I've done it myself and benefited from the generosity of others at times.

I just don't get why this guy is being singled out when people ask over $1000 regularly for a Benny and no one bats an eyelash at it. I just don't agree with the mentality that it's ok to sell some items for exhorbitant amounts and others deserve to be scorned.

I understand the argument that the poster was just released but the market for it will seek its own level. I personally think no one is going to pay 450 for it right out of the gate, but if someone does then good for the OP. Just like I would say good for the guy who sells his Benny for $1000 plus. I would never tell someone they have to sell something for less than its worth. People do it here at times but they also sell or trade for stuff at the going rate.

If someone has a real issue with this thread then report it to the mods and they can lock it if it violates any rules.

Hell, even tenclub got into the "market value" kick now auctioning rarer stuff on ebay. I think that this flipping and price gauging gets crazy. I can't stop it, but can only voice my opinion of disdain for it. Who really cares... The person buying and selling. Good luck on both sides.
