Thanks again to everyone who contributed to the fundraiser and helped raise $1250 for Kelsie and her family. I am awaiting word on some holiday gift ideas from Nicole, but I figured in the meantime we could start a quick fundraiser to get her something she wants for Christmas.

Kelsie went into surgery today, doctors said it went well. There is a 6-week recovery period then she has to go through another round of chemo. Hopefully that will be the end of it and she will be in remission.

So as for a Xmas fundraiser, I thought we could do something similar, but without any raffle. Donate as little or as much as you want to go towards a large gift (or multiple smaller gifts, all depends on when I get word on what she would like). Just send me a PM if you'd like to contribute. If anyone has other ideas, please let me know, and I'm sorry for the fairly short notice.

*I'd like to reward the highest pledger personally by sending them a Pearl Jam mystery box containing contents from my own PJ collection, including CDs, (2) mystery posters, cards, vinyls and more!

    I have been through 4 cycles of chemo and you need a lot of energy and support from those surrounding you.

    For such a great cause, I will add to the raffle a S/N Soto poster for Eddie Vedder's show in Phoenix in 2012.

    Donator list updated, thanks to all who have pledged thus far, it means a lot! Given the Chicago print and all of the other generous donations up for raffle, I really don't want to draw the raffle until we get at least $1000 in total donations, preferably closer to 2k. I really want to wow Kelsie's family and friends and show that even complete strangers can help a great cause.
