The massacre in Syria

Dose anyone knows how long this systematic murder in Syria is continuing?
And the number of the dead?

May their souls RIP. :|

There are other threads about Syria that you could have bumped in your attempt to deflect attention from the massacre in Gaza.
But in the mean time....why don't we ask the US and Israeli's behind the insurgents how long they plan to keep funding the massacre?

I gave you an answer. The massacre will stop when foreign nationals stop sending foreign fighters to overthrow Assad. Your country is involved in that....you know - supporting Al Qaeda-aligned terrorist organizations when it fits their purpose.

I have a ton of friends in syria. Couple are dead, but from what I hear, people are trying to live normal lives. I heard Damascus shops are opened and operating as normal as can be. Again, sometimes what the media is telling you ISNT what's really happening. Read, make your own decisions up.

The world is not indifferent, the world has become too wise to the bullshit the western imperialists are pulling there. We will not be sucked into more wars because of attrocities committed by western-backed rebels
ISIS? You mean the rebel group Israel has given tactical support for air strikes against Syria, and funding thru all of Israel's regional allies? The ISIS that is being used to foment sectarian violence that will benefit Israel by weakening every emerging power centre around them? That ISIS?

The media is what we all have.. Enlighten me about what is really going on there.
And how you can explain the pornograhpic images from Syria of dead bodies of children, weman, old people?
Why did the world asked asaad to disarm from the cimical weapon?

ISIS is not part of al-quaidda?

He complied with all of the chemical weapon requests. Rebels were the ones found to have used them. And rebels were caught red-handed with them in Turkey. The attacks were meant to build public support for a western intervention against Assad. Same shit as always - attack and blame it on your enemy to build support at home. SInce 9/11, people have been watching for these 'false flags' closely, and while a lot of people still get suckered, most are not willing to take sides unless they're 100% sure.
Why isn't the world calling the US, Israel, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar out for funding these atrocities?

perhaps I would frame this as an independence movement in Syria. The government responded with force and it grew to a civil war.

I want to know, where in Israel do you live? Within the recognized allotment of Israels founding? Or within the seized land from the 1967 war? Or perhaps in a settlement outside of those two areas?

Fine with me if you'd prefer to learn from interaction. But the great people here have stated their opinions in that thread, as have I....so I'm not going to try to reproduce 8 pages of discussion just to help with your deflection from Gaza. I didn't see you here screaming for justice until it served your purpose. Noticing a trend there.

Im not sure in what you blame me, but this issue is really close to my heart, from many reasons.
The main one is the childern from Syria that got madical care in Israeli hospitals, and they still are.
So.. Is Asaad still hurting his own people?

I think this thread have a great potential to be very educational.
    For me as well.
Thanks for your will to help me with it.

How the battle between Assads regime and the freedom movment started?

ISIS is not part of al-quaidda?

ISIS was formed from multiple rebel groups, including Al Qaeda in Iraq, and Al Nusra (the group used by western powers in both Libya and Syria).

Children? You mean rebel fighters? Maybe the odd kid for photo ops? The issue is close to your heart because the propaganda you read makes you feel better about your country. But....it's just that. Those hospitals were not set up to help kids, don't let your government fool you. BTW - the 'Israeli' hospitals you refer to are built on occupied Syrian land....

I posted this in the other thread I linked to above. I will post it once more before I drop this thread.

Israeli Military Support to Syria Al Qaeda Terrorists, Operating out of the Golan Heights
    http://www.globalresearch.ca/israeli-military-support-to-syria-al-qaeda-terrorists-operating-out-of-the-golan-hights/5369619

The Jerusalem Post has reported on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s visit to the IDF field hospital in the occupied Golan heights.

This hospital was set up to treat wounded Al Nusrah mercenaries, who are directly supported by the Israeli military operating out of the Golan Heights. The JP acknowledges that the hospital is being used to support the jihadist insurgency.

Netanyahu referred to the Hospital as the place which “separates the good in the world from the evil in the world.”

“The good”, according to Netanyahu “is Israel”, which in a bitter irony wholeheartedly supports the Al Qaeda “freedom fighters” in Syria; “the bad” refers to Iran which supports Bashar Al Assad.

The good, the prime minister said, is Israel, which “saves lives from the daily slaughter taking place in Syria. This is the true face of Israel.”

The evil, he continued, is Iran, which is arming those carrying out the slaughter. (Jerusalem Post, February 19, 2014)

While the IDF field hospital was established to support Al Qaeda in an operation coordinated by IDF Special Forces, Netanyahu casually accuses Iran for “its support of terrorist groups around the world”. (JP, February 19, 2014)

The IDF top brass tacitly acknowledges that “global jihad elements inside Syria” are supported by Israel.

Netanyahu toured the Golan Heights with Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon and IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz.

At a lookout point overlooking the Syrian border, OC Northern Command Maj.-Gen. Yair Golan briefed Netanyahu on the presence of global jihad elements inside Syria, as well as on the work being done to fortify the Israeli-Syrian border fence. (Ibid)

syria should sort itself out. whomever wins, wins.

the lesson to be learned here is simple...

only try to overthrow your government when you know you will win the war.

do not rely on the rest of the world to get involved in your conflict on your behalf, because you will only end up losing.

I was part of a group that visited injured children from Syria in Israeli hospitals.
Are you saying im a liar?
  • People are being pretty cold towards Sivan here.

I can't gauge sincerity with 100% accuracy... there may be an agenda with the introduction of this topic and there's a bit of a language barrier (no offence intended)... but this thread was started and hostilities are apparent from discourse in other threads.

If you care to help Sivan out... then do so. As crappy as I can be on this forum at times, and hardly the champion of good manners, I just wish to point out that I think it is poor to come to this thread- wearing your hat from another thread- to essentially ridicule them. People seem to have made things personal.

my comment was directed at any potential revolutionaries out there. it was nothing personal.

all i said is, if you want a civil war, only try to overthrow the government when you know that you will win. otherwise you get the drawn out conflict that we see in syria today.

Im trying to over come the language barrier, but im not always able to do so.
So i believe that people here do understand my point at the end.
    So.. Im happy with that.

Lots of moderators on this board lately, eh?
    Mind your manners, indeed.

Not calling you a liar, Sivan. But do you really think your government is going to let you visit the rebels they're helping? (Fuck, sucked in again :)) )
