    I actually really liked Dr. Oz when he wrote for Esquire. That's all I know of him, though. During that time, I do believe that he was still seeing patients, and his column was always both humorous and helpful.

    listen, wise guy......the TV turns on to last channel watched....I know my long suffering wife is not likely to watch ESPN, so (nice guy that I am) I often go back to a network channel before I turn the TV off....AND EVERY TIME I DO, DR. FUCKING OZ OR JUDGE FUCKING JUDY SEEM TO BE ON!!!

    I can't stand Dr. Phil, I can handle Dr. Oz, but I don't live by all his claims-every medical doctor is different, they all have their own views on certain things. That's why people go to several doctors to get opinions, no doctor knows everything.

    Dr Phil = Not a real doctor...

    Judge Judy = Not a judge anymore. People actually sign a waiver to be ridiculed on her show...

    Dr Oz = Part quack and patented some of his research, now that's helping the cause!

    Dr Drew = Threw him in for good measure. I used to enjoy him on lovelines when it was a radio show on KROQ, since then he has learned to love the camera and won't say NO to some airtime...

    there's a lot of companies that use his name and likeness to push quack formulas. I only believe in exercise and good eating habits to lose weight.

    TV land is amazing, I would imagine they shoot more than one show in a day, several shows do that.

    Keep in mind, I don't believe 'everything' Dr. Oz says...I like to read up on medical research to support claims.

    To be fair, I think there might be some politics behind that one. Doesn't it have sonething to do with GMOs and one of the guys opposing him having some spot in government at one point? Maybe I'm getting it mixed up, but yeah, the guy is a tool.
