    If they want to sell tickets to a theatrical release, then there's no way they're going to start taking preorders for a blu-ray yet.

    They might.   It's not like it's a movie.  It'll be a single night event, and the physical version will probably come out shortly thereafter.  I think there was only a month gap between when PJ20 was in the theatre, and when it showed up on TV and bluray.
