It really is odd that the annual singles and newsletters aren’t easier to produce with all of the non-touring time and non-recording time. All I really want out of the newsletter is hearing from the band. Instead of Mike interviewing an artist, how about the artist interview Mike?
They just aren't a major priority for the band anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if they just move away from them in the next couple of years. Phase Deep out and turn Analog subs into an annual Vault sub.
Or just go all in on the TMR Vault. 4 vaults a year for $75/qtr with ticket access and opportunities to get exclusive merch.

Priority or not, if you advertise a product, you cant just stop after taking peoples hard earned money. The Vault sub, is a good idea though.
I'm all for raising the price and giving us a Vault instead. I can't afford $300 a year, though. Keep it at one. They have enough trouble getting us 2 songs on an annual basis and getting the Vault out on time each year seems to give them a fit already - I can't imagine them trying to press 4 a year.

To be fair this Vault was announced a few months later than usual, if they get it out by the late fall early winter timeline they were hoping for, which is still on course, they did that right.
If they go to a multi vault release I think that is fine, doesn't all need to be vinyl. Or keep the "Vault" an annual vinyl and just do another package that goes back into the pre-2000s archives for show releases. Other bands do this.

You know if they do away with the single and magazine and just go to a 1 tier membership system, it'll be the price of analog membership.
