I love the library but I avoid talking to the librarians in every way possible. dunno why though. probably cause they (at least one of them) seem like such nice ladies I don't wanna risk finding out that they're actually not. :o:D

Rugby players in their dressing rooms :o

rugby players are idiots... if you did get a dvd of this then all you'd see was 3 of them making another one drink a bath of piss whilst the scrumhalf shoved a snooker cue up his japs eye.

this is true and undisuptable... if you say its not then you're a lesbian nun with cobwebs on yer naughty bits :)
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I need some music help .....

got to choose music for the wedding by Thursday morning to get checked by the registrar!

    So far have:

Processional - Heaven Tonight by Hole (hope to god we have a progressive registrar who allows religious words in a non-religious context!)

Signing the register - Thin Air

Recessional - Baby I love you by the Ramones

I need 5 songs for when the guests are arriving and 1 more song for the signing of the register!

    Any suggestions?

Hey congrats the weddings getting close :)

Do you have any bands you would like songs from ... bands you definitely don't want any songs from

One I always thought would be a good wedding song, nice, simple is The Lemonheads Into Your Arms

INTO YOUR ARMS (R. St. Clare)
I know a place where I can go, when I’m alone
Into your arms, into your arms I can go
I know a place that’s safe and warm, from the crowds
Into your arms, into your arms I can go

    And if I should fall
    I know I won’t be alone
    Be alone anymore

I know a place where I can go, when I’m alone
Into your arms, into your arms I can go
I know a place that’s safe and warm, from the crowds
Into your arms, into your arms I can go

5 more songs? We're having trouble just thinking of 4! The one we can't decide on is what to walk out to at the end.

So far we have Gen walking down the aisle to the intro to Yellow Ledbetter, R.E.M's At My Most Beautiful for signing the register and our first dance will be You're My Best Friend by Queen.

I want to walk out to the theme from the medal ceremony at the end of Star Wars - episode 4 but Gen isn't convinced.

    When is your wedding?

we're on seven weeks from Saturday!!!

Haven't listened to the Lemonheads for years! Will search that one out....

Not really sure who I would and wouldn't like songs by - we both like so much!

    Thats why we need help!!!!

Never marry a ginger for signing the register?

9 weeks - August 9th!!!! Too much to do!!!!

Intro from Yellow Ledbetter is a good choice! First dance is gonna be Thin Air as well as using it t sign the register! We also thought of If I should fall behind by Bruce as we were going to have it as a reading, All I want is you by U2 .. this has been the hardest part of the wedding planning!

Yeah...it's when you get into the single figure weeks it starts to feel really close!!!

I think we're fairly well organised though.....no major catastrophes so far....just family stuff lol!
