Hope Pippa wasn't too pissed off about mine and Tom's late night antics. We kept her up till 7, not to mention T. forcing her out of bed .... was a good night!!
 really????? hmmmmmm..... do we get the goss then????? :D:D
I'm well... need to go out today to get a prezzie or two but the weather is crap and I don't feel like it..... :( but it HAS to be done today :(:(
Yeah but eleven-nine doesn't have the same rhythm as nine-eleven!!
it should do considering its the same words just turned around differently... but i know what you mean??!
surely the date thing makes more sense our way... 25.12.06 tells me instantly its the 25th day of the month.. the month being the easiest thing to remember!!!
if you put the month first then it becomes ... 12.25.06... I FUCKIN KNOW ITS DECEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

It gets confusing when you have, say 10.12.06 on an international board like this.... is it October 12th or December 10th? Like everything going to metric, dates should be day/month/year!!!!! I'm with you... DAY FIRST!!!!!!

Staggered around looking for an offie till about 1am (all we could afford was a bottle of cheap bourbon substitute), bussed it back to the flat and Tom got the laptop out and played us PJ all night (and morning)
Then we left Pippa while we went out to try and find me some ciggies... didn't occur to my drunken self that nowhere would be open at 6.15am!
And we got into a few disputes with disapproving onlookers all over the place.
I know what you mean. That's something that's always annoyed me. Why do they put the month first, then the day, then the year? Makes no fucking sense. It wasn't 9/11, it was 11/9!
And before an American tells me that I've no sense of humor, it's not 'humor', it's 'humour'!

oo, it confuses and annoys the hell outta me!
day first is the way to go!!!
"Don't be faint-hearted, I have a solution! We shall go and commandeer some small craft, then drift at leisure until we happen upon another ideal place for our waterside supper with riparian entertainments."

Yeah. It was better than in May. I'd like to see him in a smaller venue. The sound at Wembley is a bit crap. Would be good to see him at The Astoria.
Still, good night. Shame about the lack of beer opportunities afterwards in London. We all need to emigrate as a protest against these antiquarian drinking laws!
