I normally sleepwalk through Mondays. I suspect it's some sort of defence mechanism.
  • Hey everybody

Two weeks and I'll be in Dublin, queueing outside The Point.

....okay, that last bit may be a lie, 48 hours before doors open may be a little premature ;)

Hope everyone is feeling as excited......it's been too long since the Astoria.

Though that said, I was just thinking the other day about how it had been a near six year wait to see PJ again before London and now I get to see them twice in the space of a few months which made me smile....a lot

I actually don't think there will be an email. I think it will just be expected that all members know that tickets can be picked up from the box office from noon onward the day of.

    Brilliantly said Colm :)

‘Great list byrnzie!! I cant believe people are letting the angry rants of a tiny minority make them think they will be racially abused. England and scotland fans play rugby matches in dublin every 2 years and their fans walk around in their countries jerseys and there is nothing but a good atmosphere and friendly banter. If a competive rugby match does not bring racial hatred then i dont think a pearl jam concert will!!!’

Anyway there are fucking assholes everywhere. I somehow doubt any of those who were bitching are old enough to be allowed go to the gig anyway. Besides, any proper fan ;) would have done absolutely everything to ensure they got tickets. Mine are safely locked away – when I collected them Saturday the guy told me there were about 80 people queuing at 11pm the night before  and realistically how many people ARE travelling over????? Even if it’s up to a thousand, that leaves 7000 left. I’d rather there was no support at all.

cool to hear u got tickets, ur the first irish person i heard of who got them! (seriously its a shame) but if you hear of any available tickets let me know please, some of us who tried everything we could were unlucky enough not to get any tickets! check ebay if you dont believe that touts raider ticketmaster for the dublin show!!

I count 20 Irish on the list for this thread alone. As far as tickets being available, scroll back through the pages of this thread as someone had a 10cub ticket to sell a few pages back.
