    Because inset days are extra days for the teachers to do their 'business' which, of course, can't be done during the 12 weeks a year they get paid for being off! Tut, tut jrd.... you're asking too much of them! INSET days piss me off - they are meant to be training days, but teachers have their training throughout the year (and kids get supply teachers instead). I guess some schools DO do something valuable during those days, but most don't - teachers fart about tidying up their classroom, having cups of coffee, etc.

    My poor boy Dookie had to go to the vet this morning. He is now on antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and pain killers. :(

    I've been such a shit host for the visitors - was out friday and was a great aul shindig, but I spent yesterday and today being miserable...

    The back paw I would say so. Got the claw half pulled out and an infection has set in. The front leg, I don't know (and don't think so). He was limping in the morning and his leg was very swollen at the joint. Probably sprained it some way. He's better now!

    There aren't many photos on facebook yet and I hadn't noticed him...
    and from Sandra's texts I came to the conclusion he isn't there...
    But was supposed to be... So I'm getting worried a bit now...:o

    I guess I just wanted to think about something else for a while, but even Eddie Rockets made me sad. But would be awesome if there's a tour or something, I'd be gone in a flash (I even get my bonus from work this week, great timing:))
