Which one? i work with someone whose boyfriend brews for Great Divide.

See you clowns out there in October. Going to try and shoot up to visit the Avery, Boulder and Oskar Blues Breweries as well as the Broncos game.

If you have the time I'd visit some of the 100 or so small craft breweries that are within an hours drive or less of Denver.
Avery and Oskar Blues are awesome but can be had just about anywhere in the U.S.

Not going to lie....Im biased because I work at a brewery.

I work at Crystal Springs Brewing in Louisville/Boulder

There are waaaay tooooo many to suggest just a few.
All depends on where you are staying and how much you want to drive.
If you stay near the Pepsi Center there are a few really good breweries within walking distance.
If you dont mind walking that is.

As we get closer to 10/22 I can make more recommendations.

So I plan on going to Denver never been there, I have asthma does anyone think I will have issues with the altitude change?

fellow asthma sufferer here. I've been to Denver and never had trouble there even going for a run around the city. I did have some breathing issues up in Estes Park, but that place is worth it.

Also, check out Falling Rock Taphouse, near Coors Field.

    Actually that is a misconception.
It is illegal to smoke pot in public in Colorado in general and Denver in particular.
People get ticketed and even arrested for public consumption. Happened to quite a few people at the 420 weekend celebration in Denver.
Also it is illegal to smoke anything inside the Pepsi Center. People have been tossed out for it.
    So be careful

If I get tickets, I will be staying at a friend's house in Aurora. Could anyone tell me if there is any public transportation that goes from Aurora to downtown Denver and back? Not for the day of the show, for the rest of the days I mean. Also, is there public transportation to and from Estes Park? Thanks!!
If I knew where it was, I would take you there.

I'm sure you'll be fine but I'd bring my inhaler. Sometimes people have problems without asthma but that is usually if they are up in the mountains doing something active.

There are plenty of options for getting into Denver from Aurora.
As for Estes Park Im not sure
You're best option is the RTD website or even Google maps
  • Are there any cannabis friendly hotels close to Pepsi Center? Thx for the help!
