    well

AUDIO: radio - xfm i think

    AUDIO: Lolla webcast
    VIDEO: LOlla webcast.

I think the radio quality is better? there has already beeen a thread with direct links to the radio broadcast then the audio taken from the lolla webcast to finish it off.

it would be strange if there were two sources for video and audio? why bother with audience recordings when you have these ones

As far as i know, a better recording of the Vic is comming. As for Lola there are 2 audience sources + the webcast rip now. There are multiple versions of the video with filesizes going from 420 - 500 mb, I have 2 of the, I'm not sure wich is the best I haven't checked carefully the differences but there seem to be some at a quick look, one hungs every now and then.

The copy of the webcast I have sucks, it has a ton of digital noise from the feed, that is why I am seeking the best copy possible. So GREAT post.

anyone have a cleaner cast of Looza than the first torrent that went up?

i think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Vic recording. The one now, esp. the FLAC is excellent.

Has anyone made artwork for the VIC show audio?

I posted this in the other lolla audio thread...I didn't know people were looking for it. I have the entire XM broadcast including No More and RITFW (also, KOL and Ben Harper full sets including EV).

I have it recorded on my XM Inno.

If someone can tell me how to get it onto my computer and upload it (never done it before) I can help.

Better version of The Vic? The version we have already is great---but if there is a better version then I am all in favor of it.

I'd like any version I can actually get to download to Itunes....for some reason everyone I downloaded will not work with the format..

This sounds more even compared to the other, the vocals are more audible and the lower frequences are not as dominant.

So, do you take this one over the previous bootleg?

Yes, this is close to Munich in sound but the different acoustics of the venues are evident.

Excellent point. I hope so. I can't d/l through BT here at work, and my computer at home acts crazy when I start a download manager.

I'd be really surprised if this new version is better than the SchoepsMK4's, cause that recording flat out RAWKS!

    Thanks to all tapers :)

The original recording does rock, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't give this one a chance.
  • Is there a FLAC recording of Lolla out there yet??
I've seen links to .mp3's but nothing to .flacs.
Also Is there a vid link anywhere? like DVD?

I gave up a long time ago on trying to secure the absolute best copy every single time a show gets recorded...if I'm satisfied with what i have, I move on :)

Whoever did the SchoepsMK4 recording is my hero! It doesn't take away the pain of not being there...and the sadness of not getting the ticket icon till 20mins into the sale...however, after hearing Love Reign O'er Me for the first time live, I can rest comfortably knowing they absolutely nailed it...I really hope they play that song next tour.
