Will I Ever Get a 2013 NOLA sticker?

I'm offering cash (a reasonable amount, it is just a sticker) or a Wrigley XL Setlist shirt. It's been months of bumps, posts, pleas, funny posts, sarcastic posts, posts bordering on begging and still the NOLA sticker eludes me and my set remains incomplete. Time to put it out there...is there hope?
