Hypothetical sale. Calling all the experts. What would be an appx $ amount I'd get if I sold all the studio LPs including Benaroya Hall, Vault 3, Live On 2 Legs and Live On Ten Legs.
They are all opened, played, no damages or skips, include all original packaging.

Thanks for your help! Remember, just hypothetical. Not an actual sale.

Well, I would assume $20-$30 each, otherwise you would be a flipper?

typically, you would not get as much interest or $ if you packaged them.

These comments are getting really old. All of these albums are out of print and will probably never be sold for $20-30 dollars ever again. Hell, most of them after shipping weren't that low in cost to begin with.

    My estimation:
    Benny: $800-900
    Vault 3: $200-250
    LO2L: $125
    L010L: $75ish

    Total: around $1200 - 1300

    **Missed the "studio LP part**

    Ten: $125
    Vs: $65
    Vitalogy: $65
    No Code: $125
    Yield: $140
    Live on Two Legs: $175
    Binaural: $220
    Avocado: $275
    Backspacer: $20
    Lost Dogs: $275

Ok, slow down guys. Looking for appx prices/value for ALL STUDIO vinyl releases + Benaroya Hall, Vault 3, both official live records. If I were to sell, it would be INDIVIDUALLY only. Yes, I know these were all originally priced less than $50 retail. Save the snide comments please.

    My guess...

    Ten: $125
    Vs: $50
    Vitalogy: $50
    No Code: $175
    Yield: $150
    Live on Two Legs: $175

    Avocado: $225
    Backspacer: $15
    Riot Act: $225
    Live on Ten Legs: $35
    Benaroya Hall: $900
    Vault 3: $175
    Lightning Bolt: $30

I agree about the comments, this forum is made for flipping or put another way, selling at market value.

All the bitchy comments will just push more people to ebay to avoid them, and I for one like buying on here better.

ah, my bad. I mis-read it as you were only speaking about the BH, V3, LO2L, and LO10L

Sorry guys. Just dicking around, and used your post to be a smartass after that is almost all anyone has been posting about lately. Not sure about actual value, but I would have a hard time letting all that go for less than $4000.

I'm not an expert (far from it), but (safely) assuming everything is open, I'd say around $2,300-$2,400.

Not always up to scratch with current prices as it's across all sales but it gives a pretty fair estimation

A new, sealed version of Backspacer is available in the Shop for $15 so I think a used copy will be around $10

I have this discussion with myself all of the time. What would I have to accept in order to be comfortable parting with my collection?

The problem is: I am a collector and I like having a PJ collection. It's taken me a long time to build my collection to the point it's at now. Parting with any of it just makes me sad to even think about.

The realist in me knows I could use a few grand (2 kids in daycare, mortgage, a PA system I want for playing out, etc), but the idealist in me knows I will forever regret it.
