Failed raffle, selling Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam goodies to raise some funds to start non profit

I have been a pearl jam fan since 1992 and part of this online forum/fan club since 1995.
In 1998, I was involved in a car accident with my mother on Christmas day. That introduced me to chiropractic and that introduced me to massage therapy and that changed my path in life forever...
I have been a licensed massage therapist for 15 years and now want to start a charity for abused children here in Alaska. I have a beautiful piece of property in a small town called Hope, Alaska. I am working on building a retreat center. It sits on almost 2 acres and I have begun work with the driveway complete and 2 small cabins framed and insulated. I need some funds to complete the 2 cabins and get my non-profit license.

    I want to buy some tix but a couple questions:

    1) what happens if we buy tix but you don't meet your minimum? Will you refund the money?
    2) we have a child due 9/30 of this year, posing time frame challenges, especially regarding the Alaska trip. Are those flexible?

    Great questions, thank you! I revised the details on the auction to include info.
    Hawaii and Alaska trips are good through April of next year.

    Yes, I will refund everyone who purchases tickets if at least 200 are not sold. However, I trust I will sell them all!
