    Isn't it against eBay rules to sell counterfeit goods?? Has someone reported him to eBay? These items are in fact illegal, even though no one cares about that part.

    Nothing like having the information, sometimes well intentioned sellers have fake picks, it happens but those are real I can assure you that, so far I haven't seen any signs of new picks being faked, minus the batman logo pick.

    This is a public service announcement...

    the eBay seller who has been hocking fake Ed picks for the last six months (and other picks for even longer) has just listed a super bogus Jeff "Rat/Basketball" pick. I own a legit version of this pick so I can say with certainty that this auction is a fake. Stay away from anything this guy sells. They're all bogus.
