Are you comparing these two? Because LB does not have the staying power that Binaural had. Not even a close comparison really.
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

Yeah.......I am comparing the 2.....but now thinking.......I would definitely say it should get a tie between them

I take that back.......Lightning Bolt I think is more primal than Binaural......but Binaural has something on Lightning Bolt.....charisma and new dwellings in sound than Lightning Bolt

I like LB better. By a lot. Binaural is just above ST at the bottom for me.
  • I like LB in fact it has one of my fav songs of the catalog on it, but Binaural simply crushes it.
Anything you lose from being honest
You never really had to begin with.

Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

I think it is still too early to compare LB to pretty much any earlier album. Binaural still has tracks I skip every time. Same with LB.

What I have always found funny about Binaural is they had all the B sides that were better than tracks that made the album.

I think Binaural is perfect just the way it is! What songs would anyone skip on it?? I think they are all amazing, and the flow of the album is awesome too.

Lb by a country mile. Binaural is bottom two albums for me
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......
  • I'm not sure yet where to place it.
It may well battle with Binaural and Riot act for spot number 5 in my list.
It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.
