    Not sure why the shock. If anything that's below value. Assuming $10 each and a 1 in 50 chance of getting one, the actual value of one of these is $500. Now I'm not suggesting one pay that much. But in theory $300 is actually a steal if you collect them.

    Maybe that's what the shock is for.

    I see your point. I didn't pay that much for mine thanks to a fellow 10c member. And I thought I paid a lot.

    Wow $300 would be nuts, whilst the argument is solid, Ebay has suggested the value to be around $125-160 on the open market. Still not cheap at all.

    I have a friend with a spare who might let it go OP.

    I just think for what it is, and for the (lack of) demand that exists, $300 is unreasonably high. I'd be interested in one as well, but only for much lower.
