    1969 Woodstock capacity - 400,000

    Woodstock 2019 capacity - 15,000

15,000 is the capacity of Riverbend in Cincinnati for those familiar.  It's not that large at all.  Certainly too small for the acts rumored to be headlining.  (PJ, Foos, The Who . . . )
Where did you see 15,000? That doesn't sound right.
An article, several places online and I have a friend who lives in the town of Woodstock (not Bethel Woods where Woodstock actually took place) and she said that it is much, much smaller than what it was.  Phoned her yesterday about it.

I read something else where they were saying they were working something out in this context, and that it wasn't going to be what these rumours are suggesting. But sorry, I don't recall the source. I believe it was on facebook, and there was a quote from whoever deals with this stuff..... But yeah, I'm just going by this one thing I read. It seemed like it was trying to correct the disappointment coming from folks who think it's going to be too small.... ? I guess we'll find out!
But seriously... if it really does turn out to be a 15,000 person festival, it really couldn't be any lamer, don't you think? That's so tiny - regular arena shows have more people than that at them, lol.

My friend stated that it is small, there is a general two lane road in and out...

Moline looks to be 12,000, whereas Rupp Arena was maybe 24,500. I realize I am throwing arenas out there but my only outdoor reference I have personally been to is Riverbend in Cincinnati. I assure you that it is small.  We were at a sold out Korn/Rob Zombie show. It wasn't sardine tight, but not overly spacious either.
