That's really funny, I wonder where they got that! It's an old song. They also wrote 'Nederland' (in Dutch) and not The Netherlands, or something. I think that's cool. Who made the poster?
And it's not necessarily 'little' girl. We make many words small, it could be just the sailor's girl (one of many ).
