Stiffed on a PJ20 vinyl

What happened is. I bought a poster of a guy here, he said he got stuck with two after putting a bid on ebay on the two. So I bought one from him. He sent the poster and it was damaged. After contacting the artist and learning that the artist was not going to do anything about it other than give a refund ( witch I would lose money on ) . So I contacted the seller and asked him for my money back. He told me that the ebay seller had no returns. So I called ebay and found that the poster was not described as damaged and that the money could be refunded. Time went by and nothing. I told the guy that I would hold out till now ( he had a few other people after him ) witch I know is not my problem, but hey I'm a nice guy and thought that he had a shit load of time to get me my money. I was wrong. And then he said he got sick, witch I'm not saying hes not, but it's starting to sound like bs after he told me he was going to 5 or 6 shows this past tour. I'm messaging him everyday now and if I don't get a response soon I may post something about it.

If your not happy with the person and they are a 10c member post it on their wall to warn others but if it's really not his fault i woudn't

This could all be avoided, just do what you say your going to do and stop all the bad karma

I think it's very wrong to not show respect to when it comes to a deal... I do hope this person get's his PJ20 record in the end
