For some reason my goal of 'go to the gym everyday after work' seems lesser of a good idea now.

Well I did do a couple weeks of the Insanity workout in January 2013, but that ended quickly...

For next year's bump, I want to have written a couple decent songs on guitar, and be able to cover alot more.

I wouldn't want to do Insanity! Someone told me it's like P90x plyo, and I *hated*plyo!

    Not blind...yet.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

shouldn't be hard provided you don't care if it's muscle or fat.
