    Won my 4 choices, but am having an absolute nightmare here. The only credit card I own/have access to is consistently being declined on the payment page. I have checked the details a good 20 times now, as well as my limit/funds available and all is showing up good my end...except for 'payment successful'. I know any minute now I'm going to lose the tickets, and my summer 2014 plans with them. It can never be easy... :fp:

    Where you seeing your credit card payments being declined?

    I received the Ten Club message and my name was not drawn for a pair of Ten tickets club (I had only one request for Amsterdam)

    I don't understand why some people were drawn for a pair of tickets for 2, 3 or... 6 concerts ! How is it possible ???

    This system is not fair and is not logical.

    I will not renew my membership.

    Have you checked the limit of your card? It could be its exceeded the amount? Four tix are quite expensive I guess.

    Edit; sorry of course you have! (just read it properly). Maybe give your card supplier a call about it?

    I remember once my bank called me after I bought some stuff from 10c because they were suspicious someone was using my card maliciously. I had to explain to them what 10c was lol.

    Did you only request reserved seating? People getting their 2nd and up priorities selected GA. Reserved seating tickets were very limited, hence even people with that as 1st priority lost. If you had GA as 1st priority you normally should have won.

    MY card was originally declined, took me 2 days since winning the bid to sort it. I emailed 10C as insurance so you hopefully have time and dont lose tickets.

    Agree it's a crap system, how has it come to this? I remember for Europe 2006 and Australia 2006 I got any ticket to any show I wanted with ease. Are venues providing much less tickets? Which it is frustrating, a ticket sold is a ticket sold. 10C or public, so no 10C member should miss out on an arena show.

    Just checking my limit now once more, my ticket total is 858 dollars or 626 euro, was fully sure I had at least 1000 euro available but obviously something is wrong...such elation upon seeing 'won', followed by the misery of 'transaction declined'. I'm going to keep trying anyway, thanks for the replies!

    Email them also at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:tickets@tenclub.net">tickets@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> to make sure they know you are sorting it out. I did as I didn't know how long they will hang on for payment. Mine went through in the end, thank god for faster payments!

    Very frustrated ! No tickets in spite of the fact that I am an analog member for many years

    So I have to try to get tickets over ticketmaster.....

    wicked, got GA tix for Vienna and Milan. I am so chuffed as my girlfriend and I had literally just booked tickets for an eight month adventure through Europe when I got the fanclub presale email. Now we get to see PJ along the way too!!

    It's a debit card, not a credit card. (Can't be trusted with a credit card!)

    I got a call from my CCC the second the draw happened to say my card had been declined, despite using it for every TC purchase to date! Just ring them back, and they'll let the payment go through. TC has an option for you to resubmit the payment.
