    I just emailed 10C to find out what happens if that is normal. What is the procedure if there is a problem with CC information.

    I don't think it is likely. If you received the e-mail of drawing entry received and it shows on the screen that you entered, it means that they already checked your CC credentials.

    You're right. Here is the response from 10c:

    This is normal. Some banks time out the authorization on your statement if it hasn't been finally charged within 3 or so days. We will still have access to charge this card if your name is drawn on Wednesday, so there's nothing to worry about here. As long s you see your entry under "My Tickets", you know you are good to go for the drawing.
