Woah... I just thought of something... can tickets sell out between putting them in the basket and checking them out?
Like if I put Holland tickets in the basket, then go back to get London tickets, can my Holland tickets be taken from me??
(I just remembered, that was an issue last year - where people put them in the basket, but did not check out that day - they were taken back from them and sold on)0 -
Super Vedder wrote:how big is the astoria though? a few hundred tickets available for that compared to a few thousand, surely they cant sell out too quick as there no scalping tout fuckers compared to a normal sale is there?? WE WILL BE OK WONT WE??? PLEEEEASE SAY YES.........
Maybe I should repeat this to calm you down.Astoria - Wembly0 -
anyone remember back in the day (1996) when 10C sent forms to order tickets for the shows...? I guess everyone who wanted tickets got them.
There will be LOADS of people coming to this London show. I was in Athens, Greece last fall and there were so many people from all over Europe. Imagine how many there will be trying to buy tickets to Wembley show when it's easiest/chepeast for most europeans to fly to London. I'm from Finland BTW and again very dissapointed they don't play here. Or in Sweden.0 -
Just checking - when I go into Goods and click on 'tickets', the tickets will come up where the Poland and Denmark tickets are just now, right?
Right? If you all stop hitting refresh for just two minutes, I can buy my tickets...0 -

Perhaps that's an issue the web people worked on. Theoretically it shouldn't do as you've already got it in your basket and just seconds away from paying. Would it be too risky to do it in separate transactions? Maybe you have a small deadline (i.e. 5 mins) from putting it in your basket to when you need to pay ?PJ Virgin.. till the Astoria

you just click on tickets on the side rather than pressing refresh and it has kept me logged in doing it that way.
i must confess though i was thinking of not telling you and then that would be one person possibly out of the equation in the battle for tickets!!! but then i thought better of it cos i didnt want the bad karma to haunt meBlack, the greatest without a doubt........0 -
