Hi here's an adjustement of what i ask for teh Boxset.

Some dude told that stickers are sold 2$, i think it was 1$.

So i reajust my demand:

I want:
- The lightning baseball cap of this tour

- 1 sticker of each show of this tour (leg 1 and 2) ( in fact i want enough sticker to complete the tour so if you have a couple of show and multiple of one show maybe it's ok, i will use it to trade0

- 1 t-shirt of the tour (large) i would like to have the seattle one, but i'm open.

Shipping is included in what i ask, i ship from Canada, so the boxset cost me 80$ (with the shipping) and will cost me around 30$ to ship (depends where you are)

And if my english is not perfect, i'm sorry i do my best, it's easy to laugh about someone who's do is best to try writing in other langage.

  • Why would you admit that you bought it to flip it? That's not going to make you many friends around these parts.

why fault this guy for telling the truth?

his trade offer of a hat and a bunch of stickers isn't a bad trade.

Spot on. People need to get over the 'flipping' tag.

The irony is there are people on this forum who call out flippers but do it themselves. At the end of the day there is worse problems out there than someone (and its not the OP) flipping merch. Get a grip people!

Let me ask this, is it better to be online and lucky enough to purchase one of these "special" and "very limited" 10C items and trade it on here to a fellow fan, than to not purchase it at the time and let someone else purchase it with the possibility of them selling it on ebay for a much higher price?

Say I was not a vinyl collector, but a poster collector, and was online at the right time and place and purchased the sevens, with the ONLY intent to trade it to a 10 clubber for a poster, is that wrong?

Flipping is only wrong when it directly effects me.

depends on what you mean by wrong?

its perhaps not in the 'community spirit'....

but is it wrong? well its a free world so an item for sale is available to anyone I guess. There are rules here that there is to be no flipping, so it may be wrong in that respect, but when so many posters are going for big bucks that cost a fraction I can definitely understand the logic applied in grabbing an item purely for trade in a attempt to level that other playing field, especially when the values compute

This depends. It could very well be in the community spirit if you trade it to someone that really wants it for something that you really want.

I love vinyl and I purchased this with the intent to keep it but if I could use it as part of a trade to get a 400 dollar PJ20 billboard print which I can't afford I would.....I don't see the problem with that

I don't see an issue with the intent of buying something you may not necessarily like/want so you can trade it for something you like/want to someone who does.

Buying it to throw on ebay I don't really dig, but I applaud his/her honesty.

I too want a PJ20 billboard poster, had multiple ones drop out of my cart when they went on sale.

And I like vinyl, when the LB record showed up at my house and it was red, I am not gonna lie, I thought about using it to trade for a PJ20 billboard, but that was luck, but I could see how someone could have bought the sevens with the intent to trade it for something they want to someone who really wants sevens. I guess I don't see the issue in that, it sure beats someone just going to ebay and sell it for $1,000 more than it was purchased for before they are even shipped.

I meant the community spirit in the sense of taking things you don't want that others do, but I don't necessarily even agree with that hence the 'perhaps'.

honestly I don't see any wrong in what the OP has offered up here.

Yeah, I don't see a problem with his open admittance. He could have asked for a whole lot more (like other members are trying to do with something they won't even have until mid December). I almost bought one to hold on to and use for trade bait but thought last second "Shouldn't someone who really wants this get it before me?". If you want to be mad with anyone, how about the Ten Club member looking to get $475 for it on eBay already? Those are the scum that piss me off personally!

I just want to offer a product i don't need in exchange of something i want. I try to bought sticker to people here on the forum, but i will not pay 50$ for 6 stickers, i don't even want to pay 100$ for an hat. So i do what i could to offer something people want, to have things i want.

I apologized if you are not agree with my way to proceed, but it's the best way i found.

Some dude told that stickers are sold 2$, i think it was 1$.

  • In my opinion, a trade is not a flip. Making copious amounts of money is a flip.

    just my 2 cents...
  • Considering he is in another country it cost him $80 to get. He will end up spending another $20-30 to ship to somewhere else.

    Fair trade.

    Someone trade the man.

If I had what he was looking for, I would do this trade in a heart beat. Seems more than fair, I would even say he is selling himself short...I would say far from a flipper!

I guess to the guys credit, he's not asking for a crazy amount of money or a ridiculous trade.

I'll get you a Seattle shirt, cap & sticker if that will work? :D
